Supermarkets

Main supermarkets selling food and other household items are spread around the Nelson Tasman region include Pak N Save, Woolworths, Countdown, Fresh Choice and New World.

For the home

Main household stores such as Briscoes, Arbuckles, and The Warehouse are in either central Nelson or Tasman shopping districts. Other stylish home accessories stores can be found around the region.

Second hand

Second hand goods are available throughout the region. Furniture can be purchased second hand at Grahams in Nelson on Bridge Street and at the Recycle Shop in Richmond near the recycling centre. Two second hand clothing shops are located in the Nelson central business district: Labels and The Great Mistake, both on Bridge.

Clothing

Malls are covered shopping areas that contain a variety of shops, and the largest mall in the top of the South is in Richmond. Central Nelson has a wide range of shops and department stores such as Fashion Island.
